Rich Cling to Life to Avoid Estate Taxes

The "Death Tax" rate will temporarily go down to zero.  The WSJ notes some of the unfortunately expected consequences of this fact in the realm of estate planning.

Congress should permanently repeal the "Death Tax."  Death should not be a taxable transaction.
